Welsh ICE was founded from a passion for nurturing the visions of small businesses through experience and guidance. Their aim is to support the capabilities of small businesses to flourish in a fun, collaborative and creative community whilst challenging them to overcome their limitations.
For a while, Welsh ICE worked with another IT supplier but found the service wasn’t to the standard they required. They realised their previous supplier didn’t see eye-to-eye with their company ethos and didn’t supply them with the speedy results the business needed, so they decided to seek alternative support.
The Tekeez team are members of the ICE community and Huw had a basic knowledge of their services. He decided to approach them because he was aware of their reputation for providing a faster and friendlier service.
Huw made the decision to move Welsh ICEs services to Tekeez, citing their speedy and friendly work ethic as the reason, as well as how proactive they’ve been with Welsh ICE’s IT needs.
According to Huw, Tekeez has provided Welsh ICE with “better, all-round IT support”.
Huw says:
“In the end I suggested we moved to the Tekeez as they provided quick and friendly support and were proactive to our IT needs.
[Since switching to Tekeez] We operate faster, my time isn’t wasted on back and forth e-mails. Our customers are happier as they are getting exactly what they want with no stress added.”
